It is the first project on the platform, and it performs as a pilot case. The project shows how citizen science can play a valuable role in assessing the quality of water service under water-shortage conditions in Palestine. The main idea of the project is to use citizen science and collective monitoring, so the research team can have a better understanding of the hydraulic context and address the data's lack, besides providing service and knowledge to improve the quality of the service. On the other hand, citizens will get an efficient chance to make a change in their communities towards sustainability and development, moreover, this initiative will be an opportunity for some of them to stay close to scientific research.
